Diverse measures are adopted by Yesiang for employee relations management including internal communication, diversity management, employee care, and employee events.

Internal communication
From basic employer-employee meetings, inter-departmental meetings, consensus-building camps, education and training, employee suggestion box, anonymous complaints channel to the set up of the Employee Town Hall. These are all conducted by Yesiang in an open, transparent, and practical spirit.

Hiring of foreign workers and establishment of a fair internal system in order to promote environmental safety and employee discipline complied with the Labor Standards Act and Gender Equality in the Workplace Act. These fostered positive interactions between the employer and other managers.

Employees are offered regular health exams, office snacks, flexible clock-in clock-out mechanism, flexible leave, wedding/bereavement/celebration cash gifts, on-site physician and nursing consultations, as well as assistance and regular health management.
