Yesiang has gradually expanded our service network the provision of outstanding customer service as the goal. In addition to our corporate headquarters in New Taipei City, we have established a support office at Central Taiwan Science Park, full AMC manufacturing departments in Shanhua Dist. (Tainan CIty) and the Tree Valley Park next to Southern Taiwan Science Park, as well as the joint quality testing platform and laboratory with ITRI. The Company strive to become an international leader in critical semiconductor components, emphasis sustainable development and promote company governance.

  • Continued improvement of R&D ability

    Continue to improve R&D ability. By strengthening the professional skills of the R&D team and investment of resources, we can respond swiftly to customer requirements and develop innovative products that meet customer expectations.

  • Development of new product lines

    New technologies and materials will be explored to release a wide range of product options and boost competitiveness on the market. Brand image will be enhanced through strict quality management and product testing as well as international certification and awards. We will also enter industry awards to obtain recognition.

  • Promotion of semi-automated and automated projects

    Improve production efficiency, reduce labor costs, and reduce errors during the production process.

    Continue to explore new markets and expand the scope of product applications to satisfy the needs of different customers and enhance the Company’s market share.

Optimize the existing system then assess and upgrade the system to ensure that it is sufficient to support the Company’s fast-changing business. Introduce new system support such as MES, WNS and ERYP systems to upgrade our data management and business analysis capabilities.

  • Ensure seamless integration between systems

    Establish a unified data standard ports to ensure unobstructed flow of message between different systems.

  • Incorporate ESG concept into product design

    Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors are considered during product development to promote sustainable product design. Strengthen regeneration solutions through exploration and implementing the use of renewable materials to avoid waste and to improve product’s environmental protection performance.

  • Promotion of regenerated products

    Develop products based on regenerated materials. This satisfies market demand for environmental protection reports and enhances the social responsibility image of the brand.

  • Optimize internal control systems

    Establish a sound internal control mechanism and ensure that Company operations are compliant or transparent.

  • Establish management regulations

    Define clear management guidelines and standard operating procedures to enhance the professionalism and efficiency of Company management.

  • Comply with TWSE/TPEx processes and internal controls

    Ensure that all business processes and internal controls comply with TPEx/TWSE to strengthen investor and market trust in the market.

Curriculum Planning

To achieve the above goals, the Company has partnered with the government’s grants program to roll-out the following curriculum axis: Corporate governance principles, motivation/behavioral science course, corporate internal cadre development course, quality-oriented course. The above planning will hopefully lead to greater consistency and customer satisfaction with the quality of service at each department. This in turns enhances the services and production capacity of the Company.
