Promoting Educational Equality and Public Welfare to Fulfill Corporate Social Impact
Yesiang is a longstanding support of social welfare. In keeping with the philosophy of “giving back to society”, Yesiang actively attends all types of educational and charitable events, with a particular emphasis on the learning resources and growth opportunities for disadvantaged groups. A variety of methods including donations, volunteering, and educational projects were used to bridge the education gap, cultivate future talent, and boost the overall economic welfare.
Yesiang strongly believes that a corporation’s influence should be spread to every corner of society. Promotion of reading among rural children, environmental education courses, or innovation projects created in partnership with charity to demonstrate our commitment and ability when it comes to social responsibility.
All social engagement outcomes are regularly disclosed in the Company’s public sustainability report. The report is also passed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for independent review and assessment to ensure that charity initiatives undergo independent review and assessment by a third party. This ensures the credibility transparency, and long-term effectiveness of charity actions.
Digital Assistance for Rural Education
Yesiang believes in the right to equal education. We partnered with the Future Character Academy” promote the release of digital learning resources in the countryside to enhance the reading, comprehensive, and digital character of disadvantaged children and adults. We support the establishment of a literacy learning model by non-profit organizations to offer children more starting points for equity during development.
In 2024, we adopted Houbi Junior High School and Jiabao Elementary School in Tainan City. We helped the school improve its overall education completion rate was 65 % ~ 75%. Answer accuracy increased to 35% ~ 45%, demonstrating the success of the educational intervention.
At the same time, Yesiang became a promoter of the UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education” and do my part of global education sustainability.


Language Literacy Cultivation Event
To promote local language and culture, as well as strengthen student’ speaking skills, Yesiang sponsored a number of language character literacy events. Students are encouraged to use Taiwanese, Minnan, and Hakka for creative writing and training.
We believe that language is the root of all culture. Essay writing and story-telling platforms not only serve to sustain the mother culture but also inspires the children's creative passions and imagination. Every student is given the chance to show off themselves.
Supporting the healthy development of institutionalized children
Yesiang partnered with the “Wait for Home Baby Charity” to organize inclusive agricultural workshops. Company employees personally picked strawberries from the field to supply children at orphanages throughout Taiwan with nutritious fresh fruit.
By conveying hope and care through substantive action, we brought love and warmth into every child’s life. We believe that small acts of kindness can be built up into a force for change.

Building an energetic workplace to promote regular exercise
Yesiang believes that physical health is the foundation to high productivity. To help employees find their physical and mental balance outside of their busy schedule, the Company is continuing to promote a divers range of sporting activities to encourage regular exercise in a fun and challenging manner for employees. The “Yesiang Cup” sporting event held every year has now become a Company tradition. Employees need only meet the designated sporting targets during the event to go into the draw for exquisite gifts. The result is health and fun.
At the same time, the Company established the “Healthy Exercise Management Regulations.” Exclusive exercise classes are provided as well as subsidies for venue hire and coaching to support a healthy lifestyle by all employees. Exercising not only enhances fitness and self-confidence. It is also an effective way to reduce stress and enhance mental health so that every employee can find the perfect balance between work and play.

Strengthening occupational safety and health management
Yesiang continued to investment in OHS management. In November 2021, we began budgeting for the promotion of safety improvements, education and training, risk monitoring, and internal verification mechanisms. ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Safety and Health Management System certification was formally obtained in June 2022. The participation rate for OHS-related training now exceeds 100% and far exceeds the regulatory standard to demonstrate our commitment to the physical and mental well-being of our employees.

Employee education, training, and sustainable development
Yesiang knows that people are the core assets. In 2022, Yesiang obtained “Talent Quality Management System (TTQS)” certification and introduced the “PCIT Continuous Improvement Team” in order to establish a corporate culture of total participation and continuous improvement. We continued to refine our training mechanism to realizer the objectives of lifelong learning and competency cultivation. We assist employees with their career development in order to forge a resilient and competitive sustainability talent team.

Epidemic prevention and international assistance
In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, Yesiang joined Taiwan's “National Team on Surgical Face Masks” and contributed to the production of epidemic prevention supplies at a critical time.
In March 2022, we demonstrated the humanitarian concern of Taiwanese enterprises by donating surgical face masks to Ukrainian refugees.
We continued to donate and run charity sales of face masks as well. The proceeds and supplies were given to disadvantaged groups and military units to build a line of defense for health together.
