Establishing a Comprehensive Governance Foundation Aligned with Sustainable Development

Yesiang strives to build a sound, transparent and pioneering corporate governance structure to ensure that sustainability is deeply ingrained into the core corporate decision-making and business management. We have established a comprehensive corporate governance mechanism that encompasses process optimization at the production side, refining of the internal organizational structure, as well as the implementation of employee welfare and corporate culture.

In manufacturing and operations management, Yesiang is continuing to introduce advanced systems and digitization tools such as ERP, MES, AI model training, and data analytics. These improve the overall production line efficiency and quality consistency while also strengthening risk prediction and real-time decision-making ability.

To strengthen corporate governance and independence in decision-making, we invited outside experts with extensive industry experience to serve as outside directors. Their professional insights and supervision are leveraged to provide strategic advice, strengthen the competency of the Board and transparency governance, as well as greater certainty in the sustainable development direction of the Company. 

Combining Sound Governance with Innovative Technologies and a People-Oriented Approach

For humanitarian concern, Yesiang actively fosters a friendly working environment by setting up lactation rooms and supporting employee needs on family care; employee birthday parties and communication meetings are held every month to promote team cohesion and engagement, encourage diversity and inclusion, and employee loyalty.

Talent Development Goals

In 2022, Yesiang obtained “Talent Quality Management System (TTQS)“ certification and introduced the “PCIT Continuous Improvement Team” system in order to establish a corporate culture of continuous improvement. We strive to construct a talent incubation system that supports learning and encourages growth. Through continuous organizational optimization and innovation, a robust foundation sustainable corporate development was established for realizing the core goal of “talent-drive sustainable development.”

Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion

We believe diversity and tolerance are fundamental to innovation. Yesiang strives to build a working environment characterized by equality and non-discrimination for realizing the multicultural fusion of different genders and backgrounds. Female indirect employees account for up to 39% of our employees while female managers accounted for 40%. We are therefore making inroads on gender equality.

Yesiang has implemented “lean solution” across the board. Every effort is made to improve resource utilization from cost inventory to process optimization and technological innovation. Through lean internal management, we successfully kept our investment in sustainability projects within the forecast range and achieved doubled growth in terms of economic performance and environmental yield. Such investments not only enhance our corporate competitiveness and brand value but also reinforces our responsibility to the environment and society.

Digital transition and innovation services

As digitization continues to gather steam, Yesiang is actively planning a digital transition roadmap. ERP, MES, ASI model training and data integration systems will be introduced to improve operational efficiency and consistency of quality. It will also boost decision-making agility and market response. We can then respond quickly to customer requirements in order to continue to supply innovative and sustainable solutions.

Enhanced Governance by Outside Directors

Industry veterans with industry experience, financial expertise, and sustainable field of view is now are being aggressively introduced by Yesiang to enhance the independence and professionalism of the corporate governance mechanism. Outside directors play a critical role in supervising the Company’s strategic direction, operational management, and risk control. They ensure the transparency and diversity of view points during the Board. This further strengthens the Company’s governance resilience so that it can continue to provide robust support for sustainable development.
