Transition from linear economy to circular economy
Yesiang has focused on AMC control in the semiconductor industry since 1987. The business model was also progressively and successfully transitioned from the legacy linear economy model to the circular economy model. Key Milestones:
“Activated Carbon Regeneration Center” opened at Yesiang Liuhuan Plant indicating that the mesh regeneration process is now in full mass production.
Green electricity introduced to produce the first batch of carbon neutral filters in the world for the first-ever “filtrated clean air subscription” in the manufacturing industry. Yesiang Liuying Plant set up a regenerative filter center and was chosen by the Ministry of Economic Affairs as a model enterprise for “digital and green transition.”Obtained Patent No. TWI873012B Frame Structure to Prevent Glue Overflow
Launched digital transition effort by introducing SAP, CRM, and MES systems. Governance carbon inventory capabilities were strengthened, and ISO 14064 certification obtained; planning for the construction of a regenerative mass production plant in Liuying, Tainan was planned. Patent portfolio expanded, with patents TWD215192 and TWD214761 awarded.
Commenced R&D on regenerative energy-saving products in alignment with the ESG goals of international customers. ISO 45001 occupational safety certification was obtained in the same year.
Established regenerative filter media research lab and introduced the 8 SGS indicators (ASTM activated carbon test standard) widely used in the industry.

Environmentally friendly material design
Recyclable and reusable design were incorporated into the product at the source to reduce dependence on disposable materials:
- Refillable cylinder design effectively extends the life of the filter media vessel.
- Removable filter frame design reduces the overall frequency of consumable replacement.
Regenerative design
Used filter mesh and cylinders can all be recovered by the plant for reuse:
- Activated carbon regeneration technology for cylinder mesh developed.
- Set up mesh regeneration process and equipment to realize a sealed material cycle.
